Turf Games' 2027 Winter Festival is confirmed for London Olympia on 6–7 February, with team entry opening 15 October at 19:00 UK. The fee is still unpublished.

Captains of mixed teams of six who want a Saturday Elite or Everyday slot — or a Sunday Intermediate one — should be at the Circle21 page at 19:00 UK on 15 October 2026; you can buy without having your five team mates lined up. Anyone budgeting precisely, travelling from overseas, or hoping for a Masters, Open or Free Agent route should wait: the 2027 fee, spectator tickets and Olympia parking were all still unpublished two days before entries opened.

Turf Games has moved its Winter Festival out of Farnborough. The 2027 edition is at London Olympia, Hammersmith Rd, London W14 8UX on 6–7 February 2027, and team entry opens via Circle21 from 15 October at 19:00 UK time.

That is a venue change and a date change. Almost nothing else on the published pages has moved: it is still mixed teams of six, still three divisions, still Elite and Everyday on the Saturday with Intermediate on the Sunday. The 2026 edition ran 14–15 February 2026 at Farnborough International Exhibition Centre, Gate F, GU14 6TQ.

This is a news piece built from the organiser’s own 2027 pages, checked on 13 October 2026 — two days before entries open. I have not raced a Turf Games event and have no inside information on anything the pages do not say.

The format, as published for 2027

The 2027 Key Information page sets it out by day:

DayDivisionsTeam format
Saturday 6 February 2027Elite, Everyday6 athletes (3M/3F)
Sunday 7 February 2027Intermediate6 athletes (3M/3F)

The page states plainly that there will be three divisions — Everyday, Intermediate and Elite. Your team competes on the day assigned to its division, so an entry covers one competition day, not both. Turf Games describes it as a full day on site, roughly 08:00–18:00.

One drafting warning if you are reading the pages yourself: the welcome page banner is internally inconsistent, reading “TEAMS OF 6 | MMM FFF” in one spot and “MIXED TEAMS OF 6 | MMFF” in another. The Key Information page’s explicit “6 Athletes (3M/3F)” is the figure to work from.

Registration: 15 October, 19:00 UK, via Circle21

The welcome page carries a countdown labelled “TEAM ENTRY GOES LIVE IN” and the line “REGISTer here from 15 october @ 19:00”. The year is not printed, but in context it is 15 October 2026.

Two things that make the queue less stressful than it sounds. You do not need to know or link your other five team mates when you buy, and team mates can be changed until the day before you compete. The FAQ adds that you can buy multiple team entries, change the team name up to three weeks out, and update the captain’s email address afterwards to hand captain duties to someone else.

Worth noting on timing: for the 2026 edition, the public opening was announced on the Farnborough International listing as Monday 22 September at 7pm UK. Relative to a February event, the 2027 opening on 15 October is later in the cycle.

The 2027 entry fee is not published

Here is the gap. Neither 2027 page carries a price. As of 13 October 2026 there is no team entry fee anywhere official and no live Circle21 listing for the event, so anyone budgeting has to work from the past ladder.

Turf Games’ most recent published mixed-team-of-six price is also £585, for the London Summer 2026 festival.

For US and other overseas readers, converting at the GBP/USD spot rate of 1.3222 quoted by Trading Economics on 13 October 2026: £550 is about US$727 a team, or US$121 an athlete; £585 is about US$773 a team, or US$129 an athlete. Pound Sterling Live showed 1.3245 the same day. Those are mid-market conversions of past sterling prices, before Circle21 platform fees and before whatever margin your card issuer takes. A US entrant will pay more than the arithmetic suggests.

If the 2027 fee lands at or above £585, that is at least a 6.4% rise on the ‘25 price. Until the Circle21 page is live, that is a calculation about old prices, not a 2027 price, and I am not going to present it as one.

What is not on offer, and what is simply unconfirmed

No Masters division and no Open division appear in the 2027 listings. Turf Games uses “Everyday” as its entry-level tier rather than “Open”, and the Key Information page lists only the three.

Free Agent entry is not mentioned on either 2027 page. It has existed before — Turf Games priced it at £85 per athlete for Winter ‘23, across the Everyday and Intermediate categories only, placing solo athletes into teams. It may return for 2027. It is not confirmed, so do not plan around it; the published alternative is to buy a team entry and fill the roster later.

No affiliate or early-access window is published for 2027 either. The 15 October, 19:00 opening is the only registration time on either page. Turf Games did run an affiliate channel in 2026, telling affiliated gyms to watch for “early bird entry and discounted teams” plus free spectator tickets, but no dates or discount amounts were given then and nothing equivalent is posted now.

And on size: there is no 2027 capacity figure and no team count. The Key Information page says only “our biggest Winter Festival yet” and “thousands of athletes”. The one athlete number in circulation — 5,000 — comes from Farnborough International’s marketing copy for the 2026 edition, not the organiser, and the page is roughly eight months old. A central London venue does not automatically mean a bigger field, and I have nothing published that says it does.

Refunds and transfers

The 2027 Key Information page carries one line on this: “Team entry is non-refundable unless the event date is changed or the event is cancelled.”

The standing Terms & Conditions go further. Clause 2.1 states all tickets are non-refundable, with associated booking fees refunded (excluding Stripe and transaction fees). Clauses 2.2–2.4 provide refunds, including pro-rated partial refunds, if Turf Games cancels, postpones or materially alters an event. Clause 1.8 states all tickets are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged, given away free or sold.

So the flexibility Turf Games offers is at roster level, not ticket level. You can swap who stands on the floor; you cannot sell the entry on if your team folds. The T&Cs page metadata suggests it is around 495 days old, predating the 2027 announcement, so treat it as the standing policy rather than a 2027-specific document.

If you are flying in

Three practical gaps for anyone pricing a trip.

Spectator tickets are not bookable and not priced. The spectator section of the 2027 welcome page reads “LINK COMING SOON…” and nothing more. Older spectator prices floating around online relate to long-superseded editions and should not be applied here.

Parking is a blank. No parking information appears on either 2027 page. The “free parking on site” lines in Turf Games’ older material refer to Farnborough; Olympia is a central West London venue with entirely different arrangements, and carrying one across to the other would be wrong.

Heat times come late. The Key Information page says heat times land up to two weeks before, and the welcome page FAQ puts the full schedule at around three weeks out. If you are booking flights in October for February, you will not know whether you are racing at 08:30 or 16:00 until close to the event — though you will at least know your day, because it is fixed by division.

The short version

Venue and dates are confirmed and sourced. Format, divisions and day split are unchanged from 2026. Entry opens 15 October at 19:00 UK via Circle21, non-refundable and non-transferable, with roster changes allowed until the day before you race. The price, spectator tickets and parking were all still unpublished when I checked on 13 October 2026.
